Accelerates the hardening of cement at low temperatures. Hardening continues down to -15°C. Compatible with all Portland cements. Ensure the mortar's cement content is adequate, recommended >20% based on dry weight.
Instructions for use:Mix the additive into the prepared cement-water mixture. The product can also be mixed with water, ensuring the salts dissolve completely. Mixing time in a mortar mixer should be at least 5 minutes. The recommended temperature of the mix is +20°C | +/-5°C. Note: Excessive water use reduces effectiveness (water-cement ratio must be <0.5).
Dosage:2-4% of the cement's weight when the air temperature is +5°C to -15°C. The contents of the product package can be divided. Effectiveness tested with S30 and S100 dry concretes; always test effectiveness with other mortars.
pH value: approx. 6
Chloride content:<0.01% (does not harm reinforcements)
