Fireplace Sealant

TYTAN Fireplace Sealant is a non-combustible special sealant for use in fireplaces, stoves, and chimneys for sealing joints and cracks. The product MUST NOT be used as a fire seal.

It can be used for sealing joints, cracks, and fractures in fireplaces, stoves, burners, and chimneys. The sealant forms a strong, smoke- and gas-tight cement-like layer that does not expand or contract. The sealant has excellent adhesion to metal, brick, and concrete surfaces. It is not suitable for central heating systems or gas appliances.

Features:

• Heat resistance up to +1500°C
• Fire-resistant and permanent joint: chimneys, stoves, and fireplaces
• Good adhesion to metal, brick, and concrete
• Does not contain asbestos
• Drying time 2-3 mm/day
• The sealant does not require separate heating to cure
