Flexi Gum

Flexi GUM is a fast, easy-to-use and flexible sealant spray for repairing leaks and cracks in roofs, stormwater systems and most building material surfaces such as metal, galvanized steel, aluminum, PVC, concrete, brick, bitumen, asphalt, vinyl and fiberglass. Flexi GUM is a black liquid rubber in aerosol form that forms a protective, UV-resistant, waterproof, moisture and corrosion-resistant* layer.

• Application temperature: +10 °C - +35 °C
• Can temperature: +15 °C - +35 °C
• Coverage: up to 0.8 m² per can
• Initial drying time: 20-30 minutes
• Fully cured: 24 hours.

Note: *If you apply the product to corroded metal, corrosion will worsen. Corrosion traces such as rust must be removed first.
